NGP-specific Setup

sudo apt-get install build-essential git python3-dev python3-pip libopenexr-dev libxi-dev libglfw3-dev libglew-dev libomp-dev libxinerama-dev libxcursor-dev

Issues:

1. make sure nvcc can be found in /usr/bin/nvcc. Do so by ln -s /usr/local.cuda-11.7/bin/nvcc /usr/bin/nvcc.
2. build with cmake . -B build -DCMAKE_CUDA_COMPILER=/usr/local/cuda-11.7/bin/nvcc instead 3.
