DocuSign forms can be found on the GT eSignature page.
Signature Authority: The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (BOR), in its policy manual, specifically addresses the issue of authorization to enter into contracts on behalf of the BOR.
To access IC forms, students can go to:
Templates → Shared Folders → Students → COC → Interactive Computing
Students will need to log in using their GT ID and password before they are able to access DocuSign forms.
