Creating the fish using only rect command is challenging. There is no perfect way to draw triangles (and even curved triangles) directly using rect. Instead, one should take the power of mono-color and think of a way to overlay the rect to create illusions of triangles. For the paper-ish style background, (surprisingly) it worked perfectly as planned. I made a generic xline function using rect and replaced the line matrix with my xline function. Upon closer examination, one will notice the fragments resemble stretching a paper. And this effect is achieved using rect only.

The main bone of the fish does not flow with the rest of the body. I can't think of a way to coordinate all these with rect. I have already spent too much time on this piece. So I decided to move on.
