# Visual review: final Hearth 1.6.0 buildings

All eight original lodge images were opened as aesthetic outcomes. The emphasis here was clipped roof silhouettes, complete hidden faces, legible domestic interiors and usable stairs. No reference generator was run. All 30 final views below were opened and inspected after the finial correction. They are direct MCIO/MCRender renders of generated blocks, not concept images.

The complete source pairs are audited separately. Cutaways remove geometry and may shift coordinates or omit NBT/metadata; they are not semantic reload artifacts. Camera settings, slice positions, source digests and image hashes are in [render-manifest.json](render-manifest.json).

## Observations

**Hearth-house, seed 0.** Five principal rooms form a broad lower body and an offset upper wing, with roof-local end depths (3, 1). The clipped front faces shorten the gables while the actual free strips still carry dormers. Front, rear and side views show complete wall framing, glazing and flower boxes; no wall was omitted because it faces away from the entrance. The porch and two planted stair borders lead to the public entrance. A foreground tree partially obscures the porch in the front camera, but does not enter its required route. The interior cut shows two hearths, distinct kitchen/workshop equipment, dining benches and rugs. The loft and vertical cut show usable upper furniture and the flight opening. Repeated window rhythms and heavy bands remain evident.

**Hearth-house, seed 2.** Five principal rooms use a longer cross-axis upper roof and a broad accessible balcony. One end remains a full gable and the opposite end is clipped by two cells. The rear view exposes the lower wing, masonry chimney and inward corner. Gable glazing remains within the clipped face at the junction. Three long dining groups and two hearths occupy measured wall-side zones, keeping the central doors and stairs clear. The loft includes beds, study furniture, hanging lights and collar ties. It is complete but still has a large open center; the long roof also remains comparatively plain next to the references.

**Hearth-house, seed 7.** Four principal rooms produce three different roof heights, with a single upper wing and an L-shaped ground footprint. The rear view makes those differences clearer than the front. Clipped gables, short ridges and retained dormers meet consistently. The ground cut shows library/living hearths and a fitted kitchen, with different table lengths; the stair section shows the route into the upper room and loft. Planting near the inside corner gives depth but is more regular and sparse than the reference landscape.

**High-house, seed 1.** This older lightweight client now exercises asymmetric (1, 3) roof ends on a taller, narrower building. The three exterior views show its stepped massing, smaller porch and complete rear chimney. Interior and stair cuts show the kitchen equipment, hearth, clear successive flights, upper bed and furnished library loft. The supported finials are now visibly joined to the ridge. The tall chimney and repeated storey framing remain rather uniform; this is not equivalent to the sculpted tower silhouette of the first lodge reference.

**Frozen wet pairing, environment 6103 / structure 6.** Six principal rooms sit at their locked location on independently generated general terrain intersected by water. The committed contact uses piers and reaches actual support. Front/side views show the approach meeting the existing dry edge; the rear view and circulation cut expose the relation between water, ground and house. Both storeys and lofts remain furnished and accessible, with separate kitchen/workshop stations and two hearths. This sample intentionally has no garden overlay or settlement shore network. Its broad empty water margins are useful adaptation evidence, not a claim of a composed landscape.

## Visible defects addressed

The preceding full render set exposed ridge fences standing above lower-half slabs. A focused test first reproduced the actual state defect. The shared roof component now creates full wooden pedestals beneath negotiated finials and checks the bases and ornaments. Substituting a bottom slab fails validation. The first images and complete assessment remain in `before-finial-review`; every final view above was regenerated and reopened. No client repair or authority exception was used.

The new client corpus also found clipped-gable shutters colliding with neighboring roof faces. Clipped gables now publish/realize flush glazing. Dormers test their actual mounting footprint against the hip instead of a blanket end-band exclusion. Ground cuts confirmed that added furniture and textiles did not occupy the stairs or required door approaches. Compact gardens keep the required tree and bed counts using the public distinction between trunk and crown clearance.

## Comparison and limits

The reference images have more carefully broken-up silhouettes, deep layered masonry, bespoke supports, varied eaves and dense landscape transitions. The current results improve end profiles and inhabited detail but retain a grid of 9/11/13-cell rooms, six-cell storeys, thick timber bands and conservative central circulation. Roof planes, chimney shafts and garden arrangements remain more repetitive than those references. The reference lighting is also different from the proc renderer; the review does not treat lighting or textures as a substitute for structural quality.

Hearths are checked lit campfires with masonry and a clear apron. Smoke, flues, heat and fire behavior are not simulated. Bed/workstation inventories, support, paired objects, routes, headroom, sealing and light sources are checked on complete blocks by the library. The renders support visual review but do not prove those physical properties or universal beauty.
