Implemented Hearth 1.3 with reusable profile roofs, attached dormers, deeper facades, balconies, furnishing groups, supported chimneys and garden courts. Three lightweight building programs retain seeded structural variation.

No serious architectural blocker was found. The kernel, persistence protocol and CLI remain unchanged; new public roof policies and building options require no private geometry access.

Verified:

- **200 tests passed**, preserving all earlier tests.
- **104/104 supported inputs validated**.
- Stress: **5/16 succeeded**; 11 exceeded documented relief limits.
- **18 structural signatures** across 24 building samples.
- **20 exterior/cutaway renders inspected**.
- Export/reload, complete provenance and hash-seed replay passed.

Quality remains below the lodge references: regular bays, spare rear facades and landscaping remain visible; attics are nonhabitable. Some small details render poorly despite verified schematic geometry. Browser execution was not rerun.
